Can this system be used with a combi boiler?

No - combi boilers use a pressurized system whereas any system with a solid fuel boiler must be vented.

Electronic cigarettes

These work by vaporizing a liquid containing nicotine, glycerol and flavourings. Because there is no tobacco and no combustion, these are currently legal to use in places where tobacco is banned on health grounds (pubs etc.).
