Avonlea is a traditional country cottage siruated in a quiet corner of the square. The accommodation to let is the original cottage which is seperated from the owner's side by a locked door and corridor. The cottage has it's own enterance via the porch on the square. It has oil fired central heating with an oil fired Rayburn in the kitchen. Heating and electricity are included in the price.
The accommodation comprises: Lounge, kitchen, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bedroom with king size bed and single bed, upstairs bedroom with twin single beds and upstairs toilet. The lounge has a double bed-setee.
The main cooking facility is a Rayburn with 2 ovens and hotplates. Additionally, there is a combination convection oven/microwave/grill. There is a built in dishwasher and a built in washing machine.
The downstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and hand basin. The upstairs has a toilet and handbasin.
